As part of the Bartın History Meetings event series organized by the Department of History at Bartın University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mutlu will deliver a talk titled “Bartın Halkevi in the Process of Public Education and Cultural Mobilization.”

The event will focus on the role of the Bartın Halkevi within the framework of public education policies and cultural mobilization efforts during the Early Republican period. All students and interested participants are warmly invited.
