The Training of Trainers Program (2026-1) will be held for all academic staff at our university between February 2–5, 2026 (4 days), organized by the Learning and Teaching Development Coordination Unit (BARÜ-ÖğrenGeliş).

The program aims to support the pedagogical and professional development of academics. Participation is especially important for faculty members who have joined the university within the last two years, in line with institutional and unit accreditation policies, but all academics are encouraged to attend.

Participants who meet the evaluation criteria will receive a certificate of participation, which will be included in the certification system. All training sessions will be conducted online and delivered by expert academics in their fields.

Certificates issued by the Coordination Unit are recognized within the University’s Appointment and Promotion criteria.
