Department Chair Handover Completed in Two of Our Departments
Within the framework of the academic and administrative task distribution at our faculty, a handover of department chair positions has taken place in two departments.
Accordingly, Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Cem Odacıoğlu has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Translation and Interpreting, while Asst. Prof. Gamze Uykucu Armutçuoğlu has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Psychology.
We would like to thank the former department heads, Assoc. Prof. Ersin Çilek (Department of Translation and Interpreting) and Asst. Prof. Nur Funda Başer Baykal (Department of Psychology), for their valuable contributions to the academic development, institutional structure, and educational activities of our faculty during their terms of office.
We wish the newly appointed department heads success in their new roles.
