Project Award for the Digital Restoration Laboratory: Digitization, Digital Restoration, and Presentation of Old Photographs
The Erasmus+ project “Digitization, Digital Restoration, and Presentation of Old Photographs / Digital Restoration Laboratory” (2022–2024), in which the Department of Information and Records Management is a partner, has received a Quality Award.
The award was presented at Valorization Conference 2025, held in Sofia on December 11, 2025, following the evaluation process carried out by the Bulgarian National Agency of the EU Erasmus+ Programme.
The project stood out for its innovative approach in vocational education, strong international cooperation, and its contribution to the digital preservation of cultural heritage. The award was accepted on behalf of the project partners by Sandra Blajeva from the coordinating institution, the National High School of Polygraphy and Photography (Bulgaria).
